Kitchen-related products you use every day in the form of pans or coffee makers: chances are you already use our products. We want to offer perfect products, with the right service and of the highest quality. Thus, we offer a wide range of products through well-known retailers and online platforms across Europe. Meanwhile, we have acquired exclusivity for 4 external brands, including Westinghouse, ELLE, Saveuren Resto, and we are also building 2 own brands, i.e. BE Living and Royal Belinda. Sales Manager Retail Europe Do you have an international Retail network and are you driven by perfection and growth to take our organisation to the Next Level? MEGAPROJECTS is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Retail Europe. Your focus will be realising new customers and expanding our current sales network through active acquisition. There is now a good basis for further growth to the next level. To complete our mission and achieve this growth, we are looking for a Sales Manager Retail Europe with experience and a strong network in the industry. You will join a team of 10 colleagues working from our office in Roosendaal. What will you do? As Sales Manager Retail Europe, you are responsible for sales, turnover and profit within MEGAPROJECTS. Using your network in Retail and strong communication, you will connect our products with the market. In addition, you are responsible for: Setting out a sustainable strategy in consultation with management Translating the growth strategy into concrete results with the aim of increasing turnover, quality, customer satisfaction and maximum end result. Implementing, maintaining and expanding the right sales formula by working together optimally. In doing so, you build an international sales team. Sharing knowledge and best practice with your fellow account managers and back office staff. In addition, you possess/have the following competencies: A completed HBO-/WO-diploma in a commercial direction Extensive work experience and network in Retail management in Domestic Appliances Business fluency in: Dutch, English and German; an additional European language is an added value. Strong communication skills: you are a born networker, strong in persuasion. You present convincingly and communicate concretely and clearly. Management experience in a commercial setting: from your vision, you easily bring people along, you are a connecting team player. Enterprising; you are driven to achieve customer-oriented results with the aim of increasing our market share. You are KPI-driven. Strategic and hands on: you have a clear vision of the future of retailing and know how to translate this vision into short-term and long-term plans and recognisable implementation steps. Willingness to travel within Europe (30%); in addition, you will work at the office in Roosendaal. What do we offer you?
