HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

To return an order, please email us at customerservice@megaprojects.com. Please state your order number and the product you wish to return. 

WARRANTY & RETURN INFORMATION

RETURNS 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at customerservice@megaprojects.com.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order. 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS 

List the exceptions to the right of withdrawal here. Also indicate clearly on the item itself that it cannot be returned before the consumer orders it. 

CAUTION:

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

1. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
2. brought about by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
3. which are clearly personal in nature;
4. which cannot be returned due to their nature;
5. which can spoil or age quickly;
6. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
7. for single newspapers and magazines;
8. for audio and video recordings and computer software whose seals have been broken by the consumer.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing to customerservice@megaprojects.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. 

From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for EU consumers to register complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform.
This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
