    Yes, our products have different colour and pattern options. You can choose the one that suits you.

    You can view the dimensions and technical details of our products by going to the page of the desired product.

    Of course, we do everything we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 15.00 on working days, we will send it the same day. However, due to the busy schedule of the parcel services, it can sometimes take a little longer.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse. 

    If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to contact us on our phone number within 30 minutes: +31852109000. 

    Please note that we cannot cancel if the ordered items have already been prepared for shipment. Once the items have been dispatched and you do not wish to keep them, you can refuse the order at the door.If you explicitly inform the parcel delivery person, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

    We offer free shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium for orders over €50. Under €50 you pay €5.95 shipping costs.

    On our webshop, you can use several secure payment methods. We offer the following options:

    All Mega project products have a warranty period of 2 years after purchase.

    Before contacting us, it is important to attach the following documents: 

    1. A valid purchase receipt or confirmation of your order 
    1. A description of the defect 
    1. A video or photo of the problem 

    To return an order, please email us at customerservice@megaprojects.com. Please include your order number and the products you wish to return. 

    After we receive your return, we will process the return and proceed with the refund. This can take around 10 days depending on your payment method.

    With us, you always have the option of returning your order within 30 days of purchase. Make sure you return the products undamaged and in their original packaging. Keep your return slip until we have processed your return.

    The parcel you wish to return can be handed in at a parcel point of your choice. Here it is possible to purchase a return label. The address that may appear on the return label is as follows:

    Keep the shipping receipt well in case something goes wrong. We are not responsible for the return shipment. 

    Return costs are at your own expense and depend on the selected shipping party. A shipping party other than the options below is also possible. 

    Returns via PostNL:letter post from €4.60 and parcel post from €7.25. 

    Returns via DHL:parcel post from €4.95.
